Tofu Baked with gravy

(The portions are to feed a party of 12-14. So please scale according to needs.) 12 packets tofu (medium firm) 2 cup orange juice 4 cups braggs 1 cup ginger paste 2 cans sesame tahini 1/3 cup powdered cumin 1-1/2 cup sesame seeds 5 bunches asparagus Drain the tofu and remove the excess water by pressing it. Slice into flat rectangular pieces- 1 inch x 2 inch. In a bowl , mix the braggs, ginger paste ,orange juice and sesame tahini using a beater. Put the slices into this mixture and marinate for 1 hour. Flip over the slices and keep for another hour, to coat the other side as well. Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Put the slices in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over it and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 45 mins, making sure to turn over the slices a couple of times. Boil asparagus. In oil add ginger paste with Soy sauce and asparagus and sauté and mix with Tofu.
