There's nothing like a good chai with black tea, ginger and cardamom to envigorate the senses and get you to wake up in the morning.

Ingredients:
Ginger (1/2" piece, cut into small chunks, without skin), 4-5 cardamom (split open so seeds are revealed), 2 teaspoons of black tea (ceylon or 2 tea bags like PG Tips, English Breakfast), 2 cup of water, 1 cup milk.
Preparation:
Add ginger, cardamom, tea or tea bags and 2 cups of water till it boils, add milk to the boiling tea. Let it boil again and its done!
