This is a quick Pesto Chicken recipe with broccoli.

Ingredients:
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut in cubes, 2 handful fresh basil leaves, 1/4 cup of pine nuts or slivered almonds, 6 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, 8 broccoli florets
Preparation:
Blend basil, nuts, garlic and olive oil in a food processor. Fry chicken in 2 teaspoons of olive oil separately, then add the pesto sauce and cook for 20 minutes covered. Add broccoli florets and steam together for 10 minutes.
