Description:
- Diversity is the name of the game at the Easton, California farm of Padao and Ky Yang. From this site about seven miles south of Fresno, they grow 13 different varieties of beans, five kinds of cucumbers, and a dozen kinds of eggplant. At different times of the year they are also harvesting okra, peppers, peas, squash and tomatoes, as well as a variety of traditional Asian vegetables.

- We are a family owned and operated business in Fresno, California. Padao and Seng Yang started the business in 2001, and have their 7 sons and 1 out of 2 daughters helping to run the farm. Youa, Ky, Tofu, Menue, Lao, Mong, Bee and Mai Jer can all be found at the farm or local farmers' market. Come and say hi!
