Another type of cheese being produced in out new Brentwood plant is the well known Queso Fresco (fresh cheese), which is largely used in almost all Mexican dishes and recipes throughout the world.
This type of cheese is largely manufactured by several well-known brands in California. However, none of the other manufacturers produce it in small quantities following the traditional handmade processes of the Salazar family. It is these methods that give Salazar cheeses the unmistakable authentic and delicious flavor they're known for.
