Produce and history

Diversity is the name of the game at the Easton, California farm of Padao and Ky Yang. From this site about seven miles south of Fresno, they grow 13 different varieties of beans, five kinds of cucumbers, and a dozen kinds of eggplant. At different times of the year they are also harvesting okra, peppers, peas, squash and tomatoes, as well as a variety of traditional Asian vegetables.
